As you are aware, the much awaited reunion with St Aubin is almost upon us. There is a huge amount of work that has already been done and more needed to ensure that the weekend is a great success for all. I now need 6 volunteers to join me and others.

The volunteers will be required to join the St Aubin camp site from the Friday 26 June to the Monday 29 June. The camp site will be situated on the first team pitch.

Their roles will include the following important tasks:-

• Ensure safety and security of the campsite.
• Ensure that guests are look after.
• Prepare/ assist with breakfast duties.
• Provide assistance when required on all weekend events.

In essence, I just need a few good eggs that can be relied upon.

So far, I have the following names, but need confirmation:- Lusty, Stenty, Lucky, Patterson, Newton, Farmer.

Please confirm your availablity and to what level you can assist. Remember, this is for on-site volunteers and not general helpers that have already offered their services for, say, bar work & BBQ. I can't do this on my own, so you assistance will be most welcome.
